5. Payments & Subscriptions
Pricing plans are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement

MeshBill shall not be liable for:
Network outages beyond our control
Data loss caused by third-party systems
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if misuse of the platform is detected.

Our platform may integrate with third-party tools or networks. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of external services.
