Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet). For cash-on-delivery orders, a refund will be issued via bank transfer.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering caused by the customer.
